Nowadays, Nicholas Assef is probably best known for being the founder of Lincoln Crowne & Company Pty. Limited, a prominent investment firm in the Australian and South East Asian markets. He still serves the firm as their Executive Director, as well as a Senior Analyst. He has a number of specialties; in fact, he has tremendousknowledge and experience in many financial areas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, valuation, growth strategies, shareholder rights, and strategic due diligence. For about a quarter century, Nicholas Assef has gained an excellent reputation, based on his extensive body of work in the corporate world, the legal profession and even the academic world.
